Facility Rentals
The Station Arts Centre has 2 unique spaces for your event needs.
We are currently adhering to COVID-19 Protocols, changing regulations may impact some of the regular offerings of our rental facilities. In the event of a province-wide closure, some rentals may be subject to cancellation.
The Station Arts Centre offers 2 different spaces available for event rentals. Please read the provided descriptions below of the available rooms!
Space 1
The Patenaude Family Gallery
​Our Patenaude Family Gallery holds approx. 45-50 people. It is wheelchair accessible, has two washroom options, and is central to our entire facility.
Included in Rental

Use of tables, chairs, formal table cloths, projection screens, and white boards (if needed).

Use of refrigerator to keep items cool, a microwave and oven to warm items.

There are 2 restrooms on the main floor for use (one is wheelchair accessible.)

Station representative on site should you require assistance.

Use of Station tea towels/washcloths to clean utensils, carafes, coffee maker, etc. (if needed).

You are welcome to bring decorations, flowers, etc, but the walls and artwork must not be disturbed.
Space 2
The Red Station
​Our Red Station holds approx. 20-25 people. It is wheelchair accessible, has a washroom, and easy access to our Kitchen.

Included in Rental

Use of tables, chairs, formal table cloths, projection screens, and white boards (if needed).

Use of refrigerator to keep items cool, a microwave and oven to warm items.

There are 2 restrooms on the main floor for access (one is barrier free).

Station representative on site should you require assistance.

You are welcome to bring decorations, flowers, etc, but the walls and artwork must not be disturbed.

Use of Station tea towels/washcloths to clean utensils, carafes, coffee maker, etc. (if needed).
Fees
-
Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30: $45.00 an hour (HST is calculated in the fee)
or $295.00 for a full day, ex. 9am-4pm

After hours & Sundays: $75.00/hour
-
There is an additional cost of $75 every half hour over rental time.

Client request to set up and tear down times are also considered part of the rental time and will be charged accordingly.

If you are interested in renting both rooms, fees are half of the original rental fee for the second room ($22.50).
Deposits
At time of booking, half the rental fee is required plus $75 as a deposit to secure the date and cover any overage. Outstanding balance due 2 weeks prior to rental date. Client has up until 3 weeks prior to rental to cancel booking and have payment returned. It is not refundable should the client, for any reason, change their mind about the booking after the 3 week deadline. Payment may be made by debit, credit card, cash, cheque or E-Transfer. Confirmation of booking when staffing is confirmed.
**The $75 cash deposit is to cover time overage, any damage done during rental hours and to ensure the space is left clean and in its original state after the commencement of the rental. It will be put towards overall booking IF space is cleared and confirmed with our staff, otherwise fee goes towards time overage or clean up for staff. To avoid any extra cost, please book rental INCLUDING setup and teardown time.**
